- A PA system and microphone is available, if required, and this can also be used for music during the ceremony.
SOME LEGALITIES.....
- In accordance with the Marriage Act 1961, the Notice of Intended Marriage must be completed at least one month and one day prior to your ceremony, and remains active for up to 18 months. This form takes your personal details and activates your intention to marry.
- To marry, you must be over the age of 18 years, not in a prohibited relationship and not already legally married.
- Bride and groom need to provide original official birth certificates, or if born outside of
- Australia, an overseas birth certificate or passport showing date and place of birth.
- If either party have been previously married or widowed, I need to sight relevant documentation.
- Two witnesses over the age of 18 years must be present at the ceremony.
